The International Congress on AIDS in Asia and the Pacific (ICAAP) is the largest forum on AIDS held in the Asia and the Pacific region. Since the first ICAAP was held in 1990 – almost 25 years ago – the ICAAP has played a critical role in raising public awareness, building political commitment, strengthening advocacy networks and disseminating knowledge and experiences on HIV issues among stakeholders in the region.
The registration fee for regular delegates includes entry to all sessions, the exhibition and poster areas, the opening and closing sessions, and the welcome reception.
To register as youth delegate, you must be under or at the age of 25 on 20 November 2015 (birthdate falls on or after 18 November 1990) and should provide an official document. Participants aged below 18 are also required to submit a consent form. Youth delegates need to present the original passport at the registration counter upon receiving the bag and other materials related to the Congress, including the programme book. The registration fee for youth delegates includes entry to all sessions, the exhibition and poster areas, the opening and closing sessions, and the welcome reception.
The registration fee for accompanying persons include entry to the Congress venue, opening and closing sessions and welcome reception, and tour programmes only. An accompanying person must be included at the registration of a delegate. One delegate can only register one accompanying persons at maximum.
Registered media representatives will have access to all sessions, the exhibition and poster areas, the opening and closing sessions, and the welcome reception. To register as media representative, you must be at least 18 years old (as of 18 November 2015).
Registration confirmation will be sent by email after the online form, payment and any other support documents have been successfully processed.
An administrative fee of USD 65 will be charged for every name change to an existing registration. To change names, indicate both the old and new names, including the new contact details, and email Icaap2015@ppdsec.org on or before 15 October 2015. After this date, name change can only be made onsite.
Methods of Payments
Payment for late/onsite registration after 31 October can only be paid through credit card or cash in US dollars. Personal, company and traveller cheques are not accepted.
Cancellation of Registration
For written cancellation notifications received before 30 September 2015, 50% of the registration fee will be returned. However, we regret to inform that no refund can be made for cancellations on or after this date. Refunds will be processed and issued within 60 days after ICAAP12.
